National Authorities staff in charge of the Technical Assistance (TA) preparedness phase,
CECIS end-users / National Operational Centres / National ERCC counterparts, authorities that will organize the Host Nation Support (HNS), and
authorities that will be in charge of the Aerial Forest Firefighting (AFFF)
