This is a course for the ERCC Liaison Officer Pool.

Learning objectives
The course aims to provide participants with the underpinning knowledge on how to:
- support the Team Leader of the European Civil Protection Team (EUCP Team),
- liaise with the Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC) and actors on-site and facilitate a smooth flow of information,
- provide advice and guidance to the EUCP Team and understand what the position of the ERCC Liaison Officer is within the EUCP Team, and
- contribute to the daily situation report, the final EUCP Team report and post-deployment activities.
