The EU MODEX blended Training of Trainers will allow EU MODEX coach/trainers of all EU MODEX Lots to practice and improve their coach/trainer skills, in order to effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities in the EU MODEX, thereby ensuring that the coaching/training provision is more harmonized in approach and quality. The training is a blended course, which includes an online module and a face-to-face workshop. The first learning activity of the blended training is the online course, which has about 120 minutes of learning content. Participants can access the online course on the EU Academy. The face-to-face workshop of Cycle 5 will take place from 31 March to 4 April 2025.

Pubblico di destinazione

The target audience of the training are EU MODEX coach/trainers, nominated by the EU MODEX contractors. The training will bring together 16 coach/trainers and one observer per cycle.

Obiettivi formativi

The main objective of this training is to ensure that the EU MODEX coach/trainers have the required knowledge, skills, and attitudes to perform their roles at their best during the table-top and field exercises. More specifically, we aim that after this training, the EU MODEX coach/trainers:  can describe the roles and functions of EU MODEX coach/trainers; have practised the skills needed to fulfil their roles during the EU MODEX and feel capable of performing their roles during the table-top and the field exercises.
