This course aims to enable participants to effectively use DG ECHO's Protection Key Outcome Indicator (PKOI) by familiarising them with its purpose and providing practical operational guidance for its application.

The course is designed for protection staff of partner organisations and is not intended for those unfamiliar with protection sector actions, although it may be suitable for Monitoring & Evaluation staff involved in such actions.
