Objectifs d'apprentissage

Learning objectives: Understand what SOLVIT is, reasons for its establishment and its legal basis;

• Understand the role of the national SOLVIT centres and of the SOLVIT team within the European Commission; general guidelines on communication;
• Get a basic understanding of the case handling (role of Home and Lead centres and procedural steps);
• Getting an overview of the resources at the disposal of the SOLVIT centres);
• Understand the reporting done on SOLVIT performance.
