Introducing newcomers in national SOLVIT centres to the SOLVIT network and explaining the rules on the handling of SOLVIT cases.
Target audience
National civil servants and trainees joining national SOLVIT centres.
Learning objectives
Learning objectives: Understand what SOLVIT is, reasons for its establishment and its legal basis;
- Understand the role of the national SOLVIT centres and of the SOLVIT team within the European Commission; general guidelines on communication;
- Get a basic understanding of the case handling (role of Home and Lead centres and procedural steps);
- Getting an overview of the resources at the disposal of the SOLVIT centres);
- Understand the reporting done on SOLVIT performance.
