Målgrupp
- EU Member States and UCPM Participating States’ civil protection/disaster management experts already trained and experienced at national level identified with the potential to deploy internationally as part of the UCPT.
- EU Member States and UCPM Participating States’ Technical Experts with a specific professional background.
- TAST key personnel.
- EU Member States and UCPM Participating States’ modules, other response and rescEU capacities’ key personnel.
- DG ECHO staff (ERCC Liaison Officers, ECHO Field Regional Officers).
- Relevant personnel from international organisations, including the UN, IFRC, and ECDC.
- Civil protection and disaster management personnel from eligible third countries (EU candidates and potential candidate countries).
Lärandemål
Participants will understand the specificities of UCPM prevention, preparedness, and response to disasters in an international environment, and the roles and functions expected from participants in mission context. Participants will also understand and demonstrate the ability to perform as member of a team, to interact with disaster environment stakeholders and to perform specific UCPM roles and activities as requested.
