Hej allesammen,

The autumn break is coming up! Many Danes use that week to relax, go to their summer houses, visit family, or enjoy nature. Some travel out of the city, while others stay home and get cozy with hot cocoa, good movies, and candlelight.

It’s a time when many people slow down after a busy start to autumn. Schools are closed, and there are lots of cozy activities around the country — for example, apple picking, walks in the forest, or visits to small markets and museums.

What will you do during the autumn break?
→ Tell us about your plans! Are you going to travel, work, study — or just relax at home?

How do people celebrate “autumn break” in your home country – is there something similar?
→ Is there a week off in your country? What do people usually do when autumn comes?

Do you know any activities or places in Denmark that are especially cozy in the autumn?
→ Maybe a park, a museum, a café, or a place you find beautiful this season? Share your tips with other students!

I look forward to reading about your autumn break plans and recommendations!
