Actually, two words from the list describe me. Support, because I love helping people and feeling part of a team. I enjoy working towards goals together, while at the same time valuing responsibility and feeling that my work and effort are important and that my role adds real value within a process.

I like to provide support and guidance because I believe I have a strong leadership ability, but I place each person where they feel most comfortable so they can do a good job and not become overwhelmed. This gives them the freedom to express themselves.
