Actually, two words from the list describe me. Support, because I love helping people and feeling part of a team. I enjoy working towards goals together, while at the same time valuing responsibility and feeling that my work and effort are important and that my role adds real value within a process.

I like to provide support and guidance because I believe I have a strong leadership ability, but I place each person where they feel most comfortable so they can do a good job and not become overwhelmed. This gives them the freedom to express themselves.

At work I like responsibility this gives a good representation and confidence in the team, and also opens doors to new projects, wage incentive and discipline at work.

Responsibility. I feel more stable when I represent the ideas to the group. Doing this I know that we are going to be done by the time and everyone will be included.

I am a person who lets results speak fo me. I focus on completing my tasks instead of giving orders or asking for help. This shows that I am mainly driven by responsibility.

Gosto do apoio porque é bom ajudar os outros e receber ajuda quando preciso. E esse apoio acaba fortalecendo a equipa.

I like freedom because it lets me work in my own way and be creative. When I have freedom, I can try new ideas and learn from my mistakes. Freedom also helps me feel more confident about the work I do.

I Value freedom in my working style because it allows me to manage my time effectively and stay creative.
For me responsibility is the most important aspect of working because I like taking ownership of my tasks.
I believe support is essential for a productive work environment because collaborating with others helps me learn faster.
