• EU Member States and UCPM Participating States’ civil protection/disaster management experts already trained and experienced at national level wishing to deploy internationally as part of an EUCPT
• EU Member States and UCPM Participating States’ Technical Experts with a specific professional background
• TAST key personnel
• EU modules, other response and rescEU capacities’ key personnel
• DG ECHO staff (ERCC Liaison Officers, ECHO Field Offices staff)
• Relevant personnel from international organisations, IFRC and UN Agencies
• Civil protection and disaster management personnel from eligible third countries (EU candidate and potential candidate countries)

Objectifs d'apprentissage

• Understand the specifities of UCPM prevention, preparedness and response to disasters in an international invironment and the role expected from participants function
• Understand and demonstrate ability to perform as member of a team, to interact with disaster environment stakeholders and to perform specific UCPM roles and activities as requested.
